Thujopsis dolabrata 'Variegata' Japanese Elkhorn Cypress
Small evergreen with flattened branches that somewhat resemble Arborvitae, larger of course, and in this case strongly white-variegated. It's pyramidal in shape and can grow to 12-15', but is easily kept smaller, and only grows about a foot a year. Not widely available.
