This name translates
as "whatever", or "doing as one pleases",
referring to the fact that the leaves on this cultivar are not regular,
but
assume various shapes. Vertrees goes so far as to say that no two
are alike, but this strikes me as a difficult proposition to prove.
The
leaf edges are serrated and crenulated, and the general effect is
sort of goofy. Reversion to normal foliage can occur, and this needs
to be removed unless you crave a return to normalcy. Bright green
leaves on a 10' tree.
