Kandy Kitchen

I don't know what's come over us that we'd offer a cultivar with a name like this. It must be from the Wise Acre nursery, down the road from the Kozy Korner, the Kopper Kettle, and the Dew Drop Inn. Actually, I hear it was introduced by the Stupka Nursery in Poulski, Pennsylvania. Stay away from there. Leaves emerge pink, then become purple-red, greening somewhat in summer. It's a compact, dwarf, rounded shrub to 6', with quite small leaves that turn orange-red in fall.
