Some newly offered cultivars MAY be added to our list after they leaf out
around mid-April. Others, including small, rare, and hard to graft cultivars,
may be added in September. Once a cultivar sells out, it remains so until
the following spring.
Maples ordered in summer may have burned leaves, and look bad, but this is only temporary. Still, spring and especially fall are far better times to ship and plant than summer. We'll delay shipments when temperatures exceed 90 F.
A green, flat-topped dwarf with a horizontal growth habit similar to Kiyohime. It may grow to 6-8 feet in 25 years with good culture. This one will look like a bonsai with no training, which saves a lot of work. Leaves start out coral in spring, turn light green for the summer, then gold in fall. Immortalizes late Seattle nurseryman Jim Caperci.

Orders
placed between mid-March and mid-June may take 3 weeks to ship. For faster
service, order in the fall, an excellent time to plant. We can ship in winter,
