Variegated Pineapple

Very
colorful tropical evergreen with green- and white-striped leaves that
turn cherry pink in at the base in bright light, producing red-topped
white pineapples in season. The leaves are 24-30" in length, and
the entire plant may reach 3 feet. Fruit is edible but not bred for flavor.
Pretty and unusual. Zone 10, greenhouse, or sunroom.
